Members Only Post #178 – The Secret Food That Will Raise Your Sex Drive That No One Talks About

Diet is the foundation of health. If you eat crap you’ll look and feel like crap. Don’t think I’m neglecting the importance of sleep and exercise. They’re both great and both important for full health. However with that said if you could get only one of the three perfect and the others just okay, I’d say diet is the way to go. With sleep being second.

Diet not only affects how much energy you have but is also critical for mental health as well and not just things like mental clarity but literally mental health. When it comes to healing your mind, diet is the first thing to look at too. Most people understand the importance of diet and most people work to eat in a way that’ll help them.

However there are some problems that many people run into that we’ll address, while also revealing the secret food that’ll raise your sex drive and that no one seems to be talking about. And just FYI, it’s not oysters. Zinc is great but we’re going above and beyond that to a food that has a more wide reaching application.

Let’s dive in.

Sex Drive & Diet

You are what you eat. If you eat crap, again, you’ll look and feel like crap. Pretty easy to understand on a conscious level and yet how many of us struggle with eating the right things. Diet affects what we look like, our mental clarity, our mental health, our sex drive, and just about everything else there is. Without the right foods, without the right micronutrition our sex drive is not going to be working like it should.

We need plenty of good hormone boosting fats. We need the right amount of good fats and cholesterol to make those sex hormones. Eating plenty of eggs, having a spoonful of coconut oil before bed, cooking in tallow. All go a long way to making sure you get the nutrients that you need to make sure your body and mind are going to perform at their best.

And as good as all those things are, they’re still not the secret food that’ll raise your sex drive like nothing else, though eggs are probably a close second or third. If your sex drive feels low, the first place to look, aside from porn addiction, is to your diet.

And even then if you want to help break free of an addiction then diet is the first place to look for help. With the right nutrients you become way more able to fight cravings. As a matter of fact listen to this from this great article.

So that’s an increase in roughly 50 to sixty percent of success if you take care of your diet in trying to cure an addiction. That’s a big number and something I wish I would have included in my quitting porn book. Perhaps I’ll do a bigger writeup of it in the future.

Upping The Sex Drive

So we know food is required for getting the best sex drive possible but why and what foods? You know you need healthy fats as well as things like zinc and the like. But the fact of the matter is you need essentially every vitamin and mineral to have the fullest sex drive possible. And therefore we need to look to the single food that provides the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to micronutrient.

And that is beef liver. Though many turn up their nose at organs that’s a shame as organ meats are some of the most nutrient dense foods on this planet. And liver is the king of organ meats. I’d recommend having at least one slice of liver per week at a minimum. I do far more than that but you have to find what works for you.

Liver is one food where I can feel an almost immediate difference when I go without it and start adding it back in. This holds true with mental clarity, athletics performance, especially endurance, and sex drive as well. If there is one food in existence that’ll give you superpowers, it’s beef liver.

So add it in. I just fry mine in the pain and but butter and salt on it but others cook it up with onions to help mask the flavor. Whatever works for you. Try and be amazed at the results.
