You’ve heard it before that all women are evil/awful/sluts/out to get you and so on and so forth. There are plenty of communities popping up all over the internet geared for men that have been burned by women and want a place to bitch and validate their beliefs about it. Now granted this isn’t to say that there aren’t men that have a right to be angry or anything like that. However there seems to be a plethora of men that judged poorly with a mate and ended up being burned, often badly, because of it.
This is a common occurrence and there are many reasons for it. Many bitter guys want to say this is because it’s the nature of women and they’re partly right. It’s the nature of humans to hurt one another and to gain the advantage over one another using whatever means possible. But that applies to both men and women, though frankly I think men are better at overcoming this nature on average. Making these men no different then the hardcore feminists who had a bad relationship with their father and men in general. Sure each sex has its strengths and weaknesses, but being a shitty person isn’t limited to any single one.
Most of these things come back to lack of character. And granted both men and women are severely lacking in character in the modern world. This lack of character may, or may not, be expressed in different ways but it’s still there. And then of course our society and government often incentivizes women to do bad things more then it does men. A topic that could take up an entire book. But for some quick examples whether it’s divorce porn or courts favoring them in divorce and custody battles.
But there are still women out there, plenty of them, that would make good wives, girlfriends, or lovers depending on what you want. So why is it that so many guys are so poor at identifying them, and especially at identifying ones that make good long term prospects? Why is it that males on average are such poor judgers of women’s character as a whole. Why are so many males blind to how this all works and get burned because of it? Granted some women are master deceivers but many guys also use this as an excuse to excuse their poor judgement.
But let’s get to it.
The Number One Reason Males Are Bad At Judging Women’s Character
Let’s be honest the reason that most guys get married or end up in a long term relationship is because of the easy access to sex. Sure the other things are nice but the easy access to sex is the priority. Now granted a guy won’t say this out loud and if asked would deny it, but for the vast majority of men it’s the truth. Now combine that ten fold if the girl is also attractive and/or good in bed. Sometimes it’s hard to believe that a guy who took his wife home from a bar and slept with her is surprised when later when they get married she cheats on him. To me that’s like a guy keeping a bee as a pet and then being surprised when he gets stung.
And this guy will go on and on about how all women are sluts or evil or awful or whatever. Anything to rationalize that he wasn’t just being a fool. Which brings me to the number one reason that males are bad at judging women’s character, and that is the thirst. Guys are so desperate for sex that they overlook a parade full of red flags just to get in a girls pants and stay there. It’s sad but it’s true. The thirst blinds guys to obvious reality, and then when they get burned by that reality they blame everything but themselves. They didn’t go into things with a level head but were essentially on a drug. The drug of pussy.
Some women just aren’t going to make good long term partners and that’s that. Sure, same could be said of men but since most my audience is men I’m focusing on one side. A girl’s past makes a big difference on her future. Ideally everyone who wanted to get married would get married to young virgins but that’s not how the world works. Still though, there are obvious signs that a girl isn’t going to be a good long term mate that males ignore. And they ignore because they’re desperate and horny. And then they get burned and they they claim that all women are awful.
Doesn’t make sense, but both males and females will do anything to avoid taking a blow to their ego. I’m not saying this is what happens to every man who gets burned but it happens to a hell of a lot.
There Are Other Factors
Now granted there are other factors. Males being ignorant of the nature of women. This could be from lack of experience, sheltering, being overmothered, or societal upbringing, among other factors. Granted in the modern world women are taught how to be “bad women” from an early age. They’re taught all the things that would make them poor choices for long term mates, intentionally, because that’s the one thing (that and being a mother) that’d make them happiest on average. That’s the truth, you can be mad about it, but it’s still there.
So yes the quality of women in the world is lower but the same can be said of males. Likewise you can still sort through them until you find one that is worth having a long term relationship with. So yes there are societal factors at play here. Both men and women lack character, lack anything good anymore, as the entire purpose of the modern world is to destroy all that is worthwhile in mankind. But at the same time there are those that don’t follow this, there are exceptions but you have to work to find them. You have to work on yourself (a lot harder then whining and crying) and you have to be smart.
So while yes the selection of women in the modern world is overall shitty, the same can be said, and perhaps is because of, the men. Most guys end up in the situation that they’re in because of their own foolishness, nothing less and nothing more. Sure there are plenty of awful women out there but a man with some forethought can avoid the majority of them. Sure, shit happens, but more often then not everyone could see that shit happening from a mile away.
Don’t be thirsty, don’t be desperate, don’t be in a rush, and have character yourself and you’ll find that this problem often solves itself.
