There is quite an argument to be made that essentially since man’s start its been one long decline. There’s a book called Manthropology that details this but also if you look at the findings on neanderthals apparently they were bigger, stronger, and smarter than men now. I bring all of this up because I want to reinforce a point that I’ve been talking about.
And that is natural living leads to the best life possible. Again we were all created to live in a certain way and the closer we get to that way the better off that we end up. Which brings me to my next point. When we live in an unnatural way we end up with unnatural problems which the modern world has thousands upon thousands of.
Simply by resetting oneself and living naturally you’ll be seen as a god compared to modern man. You’ll be seen as a Hercules, an Achilles, a Sampson to mere mortals. And it all has to do with getting two relatively simply things right, however these are two things that the modern world and modern living has messed up to no end. Imagine being some combination of Conan the Barbarian and the guy from Limitless.
The First Thing – The Big T
Let’s talk about the first thing that you have to get right and thankfully something that I’ve talked quite a lot about. The first thing that you have to get right is your testosterone levels. It is your testosterone that makes you a man and without it you will not be a man (or at least much of one). You have to do everything naturally that you can to optimize your testosterone and therefore optimize your manhood and life in the process.
What is going to be the right amount of testosterone is going to be different to different people. It’s not about getting the highest number its about getting the right number that works for your body. And the best way to start going about this is by living a healthy testosterone producing lifestyle. Which means making sure to do plenty of the following.
Lift weights, do sprints, fight, eat plenty of good foods including proteins, red meats, and animal fats. Take a ZMA, get enough sleep, get sunlight (for vitamin D). The Second Thing – The Big D
Yeah get your jokes out of the way, and no its not what you’re thinking. This has nothing to do with painful stretches or expensive suction devices but rather has to do entirely with your mind or more accurately your brain. And that is dopamine. Dopamine goes by many names but the one that is best for explanation purposes is the motivation chemical which is the most accurate way to describe it.
Dopamine gives you the motivation to do a certain thing that gives you a reward of some time. So for example say you’re working hard at the gym and then notice more attention from women your mind will remember that and encourage you to go the gym more. Essentially dopamine is designed to motivate you to do the things that increase your survival. Unfortunately when overstimulated with things like junk food, porn, alcohol, drugs and the like you can wear down your dopamine response to regular things (like a girl smiling at you or a sunset) and therefore essentially become a shell of yourself.
This is also how addictions happen. Now I just covered literally a book’s worth of knowledge in a paragraph but hopefully you get the gist of what I’m getting at. It’s important to not just have your testosterone functioning properly but your dopamine as well. And here’s how to do this. Cut out things like junk food, porn, drugs, alcohol, mindless internet browsing (YouTube, Instagram, etc.), social media and do things like work out, run, socialize with others, make art, take cold showers, meditate, read books, and get good sleep (you’ll hopefully notice some overlap with the things above).
Become A King
Just by getting these 2 things right you’ll elevate yourself over the vast majority of men out there. Pretty crazy but it’s the truth, the sad but real truth. So work on getting these two things right and you’ll also have the majority of issues in your life solved. You’ll have the motivation, strength, and drive to overcome pretty much any obstacle that stands in your way. But these thing take time.
It won’t happen overnight but you can have an absolutely positively different life one year from now by adhering to these things and working at them. You’ll never regret getting both these things handled and strengthened I can guarantee you of that.
