The Business Success Triangle That’ll Make You Gobs Of Money & Make All Your Dreams Come True

Great headline right? Seriously though what I’m laying out here will (not can but will if you actually implement) make you enough money to live your life on your own terms and do what you want with it. Do you get that? It’s that powerful and no I’m not hyping on even doing good copywriting, simply speaking the blunt truth. This has been years in the making and originally I was going to make a 3-5 hundred dollar course around the subject but then was like fuck it I’ll just throw it up on the blog because I got enough going on in life.

So this is very powerful stuff pretty much a synthesis of just about everything I’ve learned about marketing from a broad perspective, this will make you bank if you get off your ass and actually apply it all. Alright now for the triangle. I think there’s something special about 3’s they’re easy to digest, the triangle is the most powerful shape, and I’m sure there is other cool things with it. I think it’s easiest to summarize and understand things in 3’s and so that’s what I did here. 3 parts/sides of a triangle that together make up a successful business when they’re all applied together.

So let’s get down to it and make some money.

Successful Business Triangle Side #1 – Direct Response/Mail Order Principles

You should read old mail order books as well as direct response books because they hold the key to making tons of dollars from a business without having to get lucky (at least how it’s commonly understood). Direct marketing and mail order principles are essential for making every dollar go as far as it can and creating a business that can be scaled and grow exponentially making you lots of money and more important than anything else, free. Direct response and mail order principles are many but I’ll try to some up some of the biggest.

First off holding every ad accountable. Meaning that you know the ROI of every ad to the penny. Split testing is another principle, where you’re constantly testing you ads against each other for the best to win out and make you the most money. Making use of direct mail is 99.99% of the time going to have a place as well. Get an old textbook about direct marketing or mail order and you’ll understand the broad basics of this. There Are Many Different Good Options Out There, choose one (and only one, textbooks are better here) and read it through then above all else implement what you have learned into your business.

Successful Business Triangle Side #2 – Authority Building

Expert status, celebrity, and authority. You need to build this up to stand above the crowd and stand out. Dan Kennedy has some great stuff on this. You want to be in a “category of one” as he likes to say. So here’s some of the best ways to do this. First and foremost you have to write a paperback book that you can use as “the world’s best business card” and that you can also offer as an introductory offer or bundle it with a introductory offer for a continuity program or something of the like. To use a cliche but true statement “You can spell authority without author” and no an e-book does not count. So first and foremost write a book.

Next I’d recommend having either a blog or vlog or even social media something or other, just be constantly putting out content to help build your status. Write guest posts, get on others videos, and network as well. People should see you everywhere. Eventually the content will be paired down once the status is established by content marketing is great for building this (but not for building a business alone). First and foremost write a real book, write/produce content do videos or blogs, get interviewed, get on others platforms, and get seen and build up that celebrity/expert/authority status.

Successful Business Triangle Side #3 – Story Telling & Relationship Building

So these are two separate things (though they are related) but a business success triangle sounds way better than a business success square. So the first is pretty straight forward learn to tell stories. Learn why people respond to stories and the power that they have over us. Fiction writing tools as well as copywriting is great for this. Learn to tell stories (as well as create a narrative for yourself and your business) and to tell them well. The next thing is to build a relationship with your customers. Look (at least for now) you’re going to make money selling to people not robots so emotions are going to trump logic.

Which also means that relationship trumps the skill of what you do. People would rather have shoddier product/service from someone they know, like, and trust than someone that they have none of those things with. This is a fact that drives a lot of business owners crazy but it’s the truth. You should be more focused on building a relationship with your “herd” than you should be on having a better product or service. The relationship is key to keeping a business going because the real money is made from the retention of customers not the acquisition of new customers, once you get that you’ll take a big step to making lots of money and being free.

Make Money, Get Free

Money is incredibly important for your freedom. And learning how to get and acquire more of it as effectively and efficiently as possible is essential for living your best life possible. I know this triangle is a little broad but that’s why it’s applicable to all businesses. Doesn’t matter what you’re doing taking care of these things will result in you making lots of money and getting the freedom that you have always wanted. Get this triangle right and get it right in your business and you’ll make good money. How much really depends on the nature of your business as well as it’s scale-ability not to mention how much work you want to put in and what your ultimate goals are. So start working on it right away.
