Pressure, Training, & Becoming A Stronger Man

It’s a bit amusing that many guys (including me at one point) thought an hour a day at the gym was enough physical training. Think about this, man who was created for warfare to spend a simple hour of the day in physical movement and training and thinking that was enough. I’ve been “lucky” in that I’ve been able to apply knowledge that I have gained to help live a life where I have much freedom to do as I please with my time. I’m not rich and you won’t see me posing with lambos anytime soon (even rented ones) however I am able to live my life lifting, fighting, writing, exploring, and spending time with those that matter to me. And not to sound cheesy but that’s a rich that I enjoy.

Not that I wouldn’t take a lambo if anyone has an extra. But seriously what use is it making the “big bucks” when you hate your job, your masculine soul and spirit atrophies, you are a stranger to anyone outside the hive, and you don’t get to spend your life doing what you want. I never understood working in a big city where your time is spent commuting, working inside a hive like structure away from the fresh air, all to afford a nice house and fancy shit that doesn’t do that much. I’m digressing here from the subject I want to address but it’s an important digression nonetheless.

Obviously you need money and need to learn how to acquire it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a damn fool. But at the same time to make money the end goal in and of itself is just as foolish as saying that money doesn’t matter. You do need money, but you need money for provision and freedom. Not for the sake of it alone. But anyways like I was saying in a day I’m able to train jiu-jitsu in the morning. Come home and write then lift some weights. Go to boxing in the afternoon and then take an MMA class at night. Not saying this is all I do but I have the ability and have done this before. Which has led me to some other insights from spending so much time “in action”.

Man Was Made For Action

It’s no secret that our modern world is an anomaly and a sick dystopia that destroys the souls of people in exchange for capitalistic comforts and socialistic platitudes. The small brained insect men always go on about how “this is the  best time to be alive” because they can make money from the internet and while I’m certainly for this, I’m not so foolish to not see what was lost. God created nature to show man the way and his order. Strength over weakness. Courage over fear. Beauty over ugliness. Wisdom over foolishness. And so on and so forth. Man was meant to add to this order and bring forth its greatest expressions.

However man has gotten away from the ways of God and nature and instead created unholy aberrations that strip man of his soul and make him lower than the animals, lower than even machines. The further man gets away from the natural order the more he suffers. Made was made to be in action. He was made to live with a song on his lips, fire in his heart, and steel in his arm. He was made to live with daring and strength and cunning. He was meant to thrive and discharge his strength or die in the chasing of those two things. But to die happily, to die as a man striving for all that he is worth.

Today striving and thriving have been replaced with existing and surviving. Things abhorrent to the true masculine spirit. The spirit of conquerors, warriors, great poets, and adventures. Men who have the fire of the gods in their bellies. It’s amazing how much falls into line when man is living in harmony with his masculine spirit and unique soul. How money becomes easier to come by, women literally throw themselves at you, men respect you, follow you, and want to help you bring your vision into the world. And so on and so forth. And this all comes from operating the way that God created you to operate. Do that, and everything else takes care of itself.

Clarity

When I spend days absorbed in combat (inter spaced with some reading, writing, and time with women I enjoy) there is a clarity and almost a holiness that I cannot get anywhere else. A sort of living from my core being. A living that comes from being outside of Satan’s modern world and the many snares he has set within it. I’ve also experienced this when I’ve spent time with close strong friends sometime we’ve spent a week going on adventurers like rafting or a motorcycle trip, other times things like bachelor parties. The bullshit falls by the wayside and the spirit opens up and shines like the noonday sun. Scorching and scaring the timid creatures of the dark.

I believe this is the way that God has intended for a man to live. Living in such a way you’ll never worry about something like depression, lack of confidence, inability to attract women, not being able to acquire resources, and so on and so forth. Plagues of the modern world and the weak males who inhabit it. It is through pressure of the group and living to an ideal that a man can transcend what he is and become something more. A pressure exerted by those around him to keep him sharp and steady. As the wise man once said “As iron sharpens iron, so does one man sharpen another”.

So when I’m in the gym grappling or fighting with another man I’m constantly being called to be more. Every gym I train at has a level that one must reach and weakness like giving up or giving in, is not tolerated. And frankly I wouldn’t trade this sense of strength, masculinity, and power for all the worthless capitalistic baubles in the world. What they fear most is men bonding together and forcing one another to be stronger. To pressure one another and train with one another to become the men that become legends and are talked about and inspire for millennia to come.

Become The Legend

I think we all have a legend, song, or “blueprint” in our hearts of what we are to become. And to become this we must not only get the mind right but take action to bring forth what is in our hearts and minds into the real world. To breathe life into what God has planted in our hearts and minds. This legendary creature that has not been seen for some time. With pressure, brothers, wisdom, and strength the modern world cannot stand. Everything you need comes to you and anything you want you simply go out and get, easy as that. Do not look to the right or to the left but straight forward to what you are supposed to become. A man in the full meaning, which has been lost. But this only comes through pressure and action. Not from mere thought alone. Bring the song in your soul into the world and live it out. Show the fire that is within and illuminate the sky with it. Remember acta non verba (deeds not words).

Strive, fight, and become more. This is a man’s primary focus and when he focuses on this everything else falls into place.
