What To Do When You Feel Pressure

There are going to be times in your life when you’re going to feel the heat. Sometimes its going to feel like you’ve been singled out and made a target (often this may be the case). Look if you are to be a leader and a masculine man in this world, someone who stands against the matrix then there will be those who come after you for a variety of reasons. You’re going to stand out and that makes you a target. This isn’t a bad thing of course simply something to know.

Because of this you are going to have to develop yourself to a much higher level than the average sheep. You are going to have to become proficient in a variety of skills and be able to deal with the challenges that this world is inevitably going to throw at you. If you are strong, masculine, and have principles you are going to be a light shining in the darkness and of course the darkness does all that it can to snuff out the light.

Extreme Growth

You are going to be thrown into situations that are unfair and designed to destroy you. Remember the governments, media, court system, and society at large is cancerous and will attack the healthy, such as you. This is going to do either one of two things to you. If you are weak it will destroy you. If you are strong it will make you even stronger. To stand against this world means you will be placed in the fire. And those placed deepest in the fire either burn up or come out the hardest of steel.

When shoved into the fire it’s your choice what happens to you. Everything in life is a choice…your choice. Never forget that. By taking responsibility for that fact you give yourself tremendous power to meet the challenges that the world is going to throw at you. Not just meet them but overcome them and then do it again and again and again. Until what were once challenges are now things that you could do in your sleep. That is growth, that is strength. At one time the bar may have been heavy now throwing multiple plates on each side is the challenge, the bar a warm-up.

Pressure Makes Diamonds

I know it’s a cliche but it’s also the truth. Those who are submitted to the most pressure come out the strongest. Which is why I recommend that whenever you feel pressure you respond by getting stronger. Like when someone loses a fight they first thing they should do is train until whoever beat them can be defeated. Some of the greatest lessons that we’ll learn are taught in defeat. Sure they are harsh but they are true and do much to make us strong. The proper response to pressure is to fight harder and become better.

Pressure doesn’t go away. It’ll either crush you or you’ll learn to push back against it. Putting your head in the sand and wishing it away doesn’t change the reality of the world. A man can’t just run away and hide. He has to meet whatever is facing him and wrestle with it until he can overcome it. This applies to problems, challenges, and everything else that life will throw your way. Wishing and praying do nothing but get you killed in the real world, only by taking action does anything change.

Embrace It

The best thing to do is embrace the pressure. Embrace it so that you can deal with it and then overcome it. You have to embrace the pain understanding that strength and glory lie on the other side. When you feel pressure you adapt. Just like any other organism would. The organisms that don’t adapt die out and you don’t want to die out. Adapt or die, that is the way of the world. Become strong or perish. Seize your fate or have fate bend you over and destroy you. There are only two options.

The road to success in anything is going to have problems and perils. You won’t be able to see too far ahead of you but you must keep going. You’ll run into challenges no doubt and there will times when you wondered why you didn’t just take the well trodden beaten down path that everyone else takes. That is until you have your first big victory, until you start seeing your hard work pay off. Then you realize (if not sooner) that the other path was never for you and you knew that all along. Otherwise you would have never started down the harder path.

Summary

The proper response to pressure is to grow stronger to be able to overcome it. Then even more pressure will be applied and the process will keep repeating itself. Just like at the gym you overcome the weight, grow stronger, and then more is added. The cycle never stops but is repeated ad infinitum. So embrace the pressure when it comes know that it is pressure that leads to strength.
