  1. Mark Sisson’s site, Marksdailyapple.com, has a lot of good information on the paleo diet.
    For those who want just the nuts and bolts of the plan, the bulk of the diet is meat and non-starchy vegetables. Everything else in the plan is eaten in moderation.
