3 Awesome Benefits Of No Fap

Alright I don’t know the official rules of “no fap” but here’s how I use it and the benefits I get from doing it my way. No fap means no masturbating to porn or otherwise. You can have sex with as many women as you want as well as wet dreams mean nothing if you ever get them. Alright now that that’s out of the way let me explain some of the benefits of no fap and why you should try it also how I became familiar with it in the first place (and some disagreements I have with traditional no fap).

Alright so I first heard about no fap when I was doing research on the negative effects of porn. While I knew since I was young that things like alcohol, drugs, and even sugar laden foods were bad for me and addictive I had no idea that pornography could be the same. Also those who opposed porn were angry feminists or limp wristed religious people, two groups I wanted nothing to do with. If anything I saw porn as good for my testosterone and manly. It’s crazy how wrong I was.

I’ve since learned about the many negative effects of porn as well as how to get rid of it from my life. Combine learning about the negative effects of porn with reading about channeling sexual energy into accomplishment out of Think & Grow Rich and I was ready to try no fap. Cutting out both porn and masturbation from my life. Here are some of the benefits that I saw and that may make you want to give no fap a try as well.

Benefit #1 – More Energy

In his great book Think & Grow Rich Napoleon Hill talks about sexual transmutation where you take the greatest drive that man has an harness it for achievement and accomplishment. Essentially instead of masturbating or watching porn you direct your energy into your self-development or business development. This channels your greatest and strongest energy into making you and your life better. In my version this doesn’t mean you can’t have sex you still can, but it has to be with a woman (aka not your hand or to stimulus of any other kind).

This ensures that your sexual energy is never wasted and instead is propelling you to greatness. Instead of spilling your seed to pixels you divert it into achieving greatness or into beautiful women. A win-win situation no matter how you look at it. Regardless if you want to make more money, expand your mind, or get a better body using no fap will help you with all three. Conserving and redirecting my sexual energy is a large part of why I’ve been able to grow this site so much so fast.

Benefit #2 – More Attractive To Women

A woman can tell when a man is filled with his masculine energy. A man who spills his seed to pixels is going to show that weakness and be less of a man around women. I’ve seen guys to the point where they don’t even chase or talk to women they are attracted to. Porn and masturbation destroy a man’s drive and desire for life. They take away that masculine fire that burns down deep within him. The also take away a man’s desire for real women and rewire that desire to a device and pixels. Masturbation and porn make you less of a man and less likely to go after or attract women.

Think about it not only does it make you less attractive to women but it make you less likely to go after women as well, a lose-loser situation. Desire for a woman is the basis of having sex with her. If that desire is blocked, interrupted, or otherwise messed with you’re going to have sex with a lot less women then you would otherwise. All for pixels on a screen or playing with yourself. If you’re not using this energy for achievement then you should be using it for sleeping with beautiful women. Don’t waste this great energy and great gift.

Benefit #3 – More Time

One of the most important things that separates the successful from the unsuccessful is how they use their time. They are always asking themselves the question “Is this a productive use of my time?“. And if not then they do something else. You’d be amazed how much time mindless life draining things such as TV, social media, mindless internet surfing, and pornography take up. While some are certainly worse than others they are all bad and detrimental to your development. And they all take up a good portion of one of your most valuable assets, your time.

The more time you free up the more time you can use to devote to the good things in life. Such as your development, sex with beautiful women, and time with loved ones. Cutting out bad habits, porn and masturbation being a key one is going to give you more time towards things that matter. In addition to giving you more time they give you more energy to make the most of that time. Another win-win situation which as you’ve noticed no fap has plenty of.

Summary

I would highly recommend no fap, not necessarily the entire no sexual stimulation of any kind promoted by the official no fap but rather the no masturbation and no pornography one outlined here. This version of no fap has more than just the benefits that I’ve listed here and is guaranteed to improve your life in more ways then one. Accomplish more, look better, feel better, meet more women, there is nothing but good that comes from no fap. Highly recommend you start so you can take your life to the next level.

  1. Years ago porn were magazines, and VHS I was probably one of the last people to have computer and bought for my kids school, Good thing about my marriage of 24 years I can get regular sex. lol

  2. Porn induced erectile dysfunction is surging in men aged 18 to 35. It is mind blowing the power it has over your mind and body. Who would have thought at 25 ED was a real threat….I didn’t but it’s been my friends (yes plural) main motivation to quit.

  3. Great input. Porn induced erectile dysfunction is surging amongst guys aged 18 to 35. A few of my close friends in their mid 20’s are dealing with it. For most it’s been the main motivation to kick the habit.

    • Thanks. When I saw the statistics on how many men in their 20s were using Viagra it blew me away but now it makes sense.
